Requirements

Garages that join the network have to fulfil the specific service standards:

  • possess at least 2 repair stations and sell basic spare parts,
  • posses a necessary set of tools and equipment to perform a basic repair package,
  • possess a separate customer service office which also functions as a waiting room,
  • aim at improving the quality of services and customer satisfaction,
  • be an independent entity according to economy law,
  • be equipped with a computer and software for sale of services and parts and a modem or another Internet connection,
  • employ staff trained in professional customer service

All garages that belong to the LEADER SERVICE network should provide at least the following range of services:

  • service and repairs of steering systems,
  • service and repairs of suspension systems,
  • service and repairs of brakes,
  • exchanging oils, operating fluids, filters and spark plugs,
  • exchanging silencers,
  • exchanging clutches,
  • servicing tyres.

All garages that belong to the LEADER SERVICE TRUCK network should provide at least the following range of services:

  • service and repairs of steering systems,
  • service and repairs of chassis and cab suspension systems,
  • service and repairs of brakes,
  • exchanging oils, operating fluids and spark plugs,
  • exchanging silencers and exhaust pipes,
  • exchanging clutches.
