Coordinator Office
The basic mission of the Network Coordination Office (NCO) is the on-going cooperation with garages that belong to the Network. The duties of NCO include:
- consulting garages in selecting workshop equipment, software and mechanics training,
- promoting the common image of garages,
- planning national advertisements and providing consulting in organising regional advertisements,
- planning promotional campaigns,
- producing workshop equipment catalogues,
- publishing information on repair technologies and latest technological solutions,
- providing garages with vehicle books,
- analysing signals and information from garages and passing on motions to FOTA S.A. branches,
- participating in Network Council meetings.
The Network Coordination Office employs qualified consultants who provide garages with assistance and work on the network development.
