Technical Academy

Modern cars are fitted with increasingly modern and advanced technical and electronic control systems. It makes garage owners invest in the continuous development and training of their mechanics. LEADER SERVICE and LEADER SERVICE TRUCK programmes emphasize the training of mechanics, therefore they provide them with the latest know-how and specialised training conducted at Technical Academy of Leader Service in Łódź. This training organization is equipped with didactic and technical equipment, for example an exemplary garage. Mechanics learn the latest advancements in automotive technology there.

The material base of the Technical Academy consists of:

• an exemplary, four-station garage of Leader Service equipped with the most modern equipment (4 lifts, a diagnostic line, a shock absorber tester, an air-conditioning servicing station, an electronic system tester and tire servicing appliance),
• conference rooms equipped with modern audiovisual aids,
• hotel facilities for 30 persons in double rooms with bathrooms and a kitchen and dining room.

Annually the Technical Academy organizes a few dozen training sessions all over Poland that are dedicated to more than a dozen different subjects. More than 1000 participants attend the courses annually. The number of trainings and participants is continually growing, as well as the level of satisfaction and the list of mechanics signing up. Reservations for training sessions have to be made well in advance.
